Warranty Duration

The warranty period lasts for 30 days from your purchase date. During this time, we will replace or refund any used part that fails due to a defect. This warranty is non-transferable and only covers defects in the part, excluding any accessories. Labor costs for repair or replacement are not included. Please inform Exclusive Auto of any part failures within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover breakdowns caused by improper installation or maintenance.

eBay Return Process

To return an item, follow the eBay Return process. You must be the original purchaser and still own the vehicle on which the part was installed. This warranty is non-transferable. Replacement parts are warranted for 30 days from the exchange date or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

Additional Important Information

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, OR RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES RESULTING FROM A DEFECT OR FAILURE OF THE PART. FOR RECYCLED SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS (SRS) LIKE AIRBAGS OR SEAT BELT PRETENSIONERS, A QUALIFIED INSTALLER MUST INSTALL THEM PER MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH. PURCHASERS ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION. SRS MAY CONTAIN PERCHLORATE MATERIAL AND REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING.

All Warranties Become Null and Void If:

The vehicle is used for fleet, taxi, government, commercial, or racing purposes, or has been converted from private use. The part is installed in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Failures due to abuse, misuse, or modifications. Failures caused by towing unless the vehicle is equipped for it. Modifications for snow plowing. Failures due to collisions or other external factors. The part is installed outside the U.S. or Canada. The heat tab is melted or removed. Installation procedures are not followed. The part is sold 'As Is.' The vehicle is not serviced properly or fluids are not used as specified.
